  • What are your studio rental rates?

    Our studio rental rates vary depending on the studio size, equipment requirements, and the duration of your booking. Please visit our Pricing page for a detailed breakdown of our rates and packages. We also offer custom quotes for larger or more complex projects. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

  • What equipment is included with the studio rental?

    Each studio comes equipped with a standard set of lighting equipment, backdrops, and basic amenities. Specific equipment details can be found on each studio's individual page on our Studios section. Additional equipment, such as specialized lighting, cameras, and grip equipment, is available for rent. Please inquire about availability and pricing when booking.

  • Can I book a studio for less than a full day?

    Yes, we offer half-day rentals for most of our studios. Half-day rentals are typically for either morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or afternoon (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM) slots. Please check the availability of half-day rentals when making your booking.

  • Do you offer any discounts for students or non-profit organizations?

    Yes, we offer discounts for students and registered non-profit organizations. Please provide valid student identification or proof of non-profit status when making your booking to qualify for the discount. Contact us in advance to verify the discount percentage.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled booking time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the booking time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.   • Is parking available at the studio?

    Limited street parking is available near our Shoreditch location. However, we recommend using public transportation as parking can be challenging to find. The nearest tube station is Old Street, which is a short walk from the studio. Alternatively, several paid parking garages are located within a 10-minute walk of the studio.
