How to Book Your Studio
Booking your studio at LightFrame Studios is easy! Simply follow these steps:

- Check Availability: Contact us via phone at 020 7946 0382 or email at [email protected] to check studio availability for your desired dates and times.
- Choose Your Package: Select the pricing plan or package that best suits your needs.
- Confirm Your Booking: Once availability and pricing are confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation and invoice.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your rental. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment is included in the studio rental?
Standard studio rental includes access to basic lighting equipment (strobes, continuous lights), seamless paper backdrops (white, grey, black), reflectors, and basic grip equipment (stands, clamps). A detailed list of included equipment is available upon request.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Please inform us in advance of any large or specialized equipment you plan to bring to ensure compatibility with our studio facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3-7 days of the booking date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
Do you offer equipment rentals?
Yes, we offer a wide range of additional equipment rentals, including Profoto lighting, specialized lenses, video cameras, and sound recording equipment. Please see our equipment rental price list or contact us for more information.
Is there parking available?
Limited street parking is available near our studios. We recommend using public transportation whenever possible. The nearest tube station is Old Street, approximately a 10-minute walk from our main studio location. For larger productions, we can assist with arranging parking permits in advance. Please contact us to discuss your parking requirements.
